Our Erasmus+ mobility program consisted of an immersion in the Finnish education system, combining theoretical training on the organization and functioning of its educational stages (early childhood, preschool, primary, and university teacher training) with visits to schools and universities to observe their facilities, classroom dynamics, and methodologies firsthand. In addition, we took part in cultural and recreational activities that allowed us to learn about Finnish culture and society.
At a professional level, this experience has given us a greater understanding of the Finnish education system, allowing us to identify the keys to its success and reflect on its possible application in our context. We have acquired tools to innovate in our teaching practice, integrating updated methodologies and a more global and intercultural vision.
