KA220-VET – Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training

Duration: 36 months
Start date: 01/11/2025
End date: 31/10/2028

Project Description

Escape Box for Your Future Education (E-Box4U) aims to increase the attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) by introducing gamified, interactive learning tools that connect education with real-life vocational and environmental challenges.

In collaboration with seven partners from six European countries, the project will design, prototype, and test a series of mobile Escape Boxes. These hands-on learning tools immerse students in problem-solving scenarios related to green industries, sustainable construction, climate action, and environmental management, helping them better understand future career pathways in these sectors.

The project combines innovation camps, needs analysis, teacher training, and close cooperation with industry partners to ensure relevance to labour market needs. All project results will be transferable and scalable, allowing VET schools and career guidance centres across Europe to replicate and adapt the Escape Box methodology. Dissemination will take place through partner networks and EUROPEA International, supporting long-term impact in VET recruitment and sustainability education.
