Competition for young professionals “Autumn Mystery”
Magnificent event – competition for young professionals “Autumn Mystery” was held in Riga at Beauty care centre “SALON LINE” for young professionals in Hairdresser sector on November 28, 2019.
Beauty care centre SALON LINE warmly hosted 7 students from three Latvian vocational education schools. Young professionals did their best to prove their skills and competences and skills by performing two tasks of competition:
- Evening hairdo for ladies with long hairs
- Casual every day haircut and modelling for ladies
The demanding jury was looking through the all participant performing process to assess and give the points according the strictly set rules. The members of the jury were well known Latvian professionals in hairdresser field, loved by their clients and successful entrepreneurs: Dainis Pinka, Aigars Bajārs and Sergejs Merzļakovs.
After fulfilling the hard task of assessment, the jury announced the winners:
The 1st place – Kristīne Kancāne/ CVEC Riga Style and Fashion Technical School
The 2nd place – Anna Maļinovska/ CVEC Daugavpils Technical School
The 3rd place – Māris Lešinskis/ Jelgavas Crafts Highschool
Congratulations to winners, participants, their teachers and schools! Without vocational schools, supportive teachers and, of course, talented and ambitious students, such kind of competition would not be possible to have. It is all about altruistic initiative, hard work and eager wish to be the best!
We would like to thank Beauty care centre SALON LINE for hosting and being involved in organizing the competition, and as well for contribution in awards gift fund in more than 1600 Euro.
