It is time to prepare for winter!

Harvest time – nature takes the chance to bring forward a colourful variety.

A warm welcome to our students and their parents.

After a very good summer for our COWS on the alpine pastures, they are back at school. Back at LLA Rotholz, Tyrol, the western part of Austria. They need to be treated – feed, milked,… – again at home.

Our STUDENTS are back too, and they are already busy working in the fields and making sure that the food for the cows is OK, so that the milk and cheese out of it will be fantastic, too.

Checking and testing the hay from last summer. Is it good enough for our cows?
Our bees are still busy, collecting as much honey as possible.
Harvesting, checking and sorting our pumpkins – according to size and quality.

The weather is still nice and warm, so that we can enjoy our time in nature, as here in a beautiful gorge, close to our school.

Let’s go hiking in the beautiful Tiefenbachklamm in the Tyrol, Austria.
