We are six students from Vabi, Belgium and together with two teachers we spent two weeks in Estonia. In Luua Forestry School we learned everything about forestry. We’ve learned how to fell trees from the smallest size till trees from more than 30 meters. They showed us how to climb them and all kinds of felling techniques. Every day we went to another forest. These are things that we can’t do in Belgium because we have no big forests nor the equipment they have in Luua.

In Räpina School of Horticulture we learned how we can use stones for making a bank, a waterfall, a flowerbed or a bridge. We also learned how to line out a triangle, a square and a hexagon. We have seen a lot of diffent stone species. Two of us will study to become landscapers. So, it was also interesting to work with ArchiCAD. We will remember the passionate teachers and the beautiful schools of Estonia.
