The BREC project, “Bridging the Gap between Research and Education in the Circular Bioeconomy,” connected agricultural schools, authorities, and researchers to promote circular agricultural practices and explain available technologies. The project aspired in part to help agricultural schools across Europe effectively demonstrate the principles of a circular bioeconomy by developing educational materials that can be used in the classrooms as designed, or on a modular basis where parts of the bioeconomy guide can be integrated into relevant subjects.
