Erasmus+ Contact Seminar on Vocational Education and Training

Madrid, Spain 26 – 27 October 2015

The seminar will be held in Madrid, Spain. The formal Host is the Spanish National Agency for Erasmus+ Programme the fields of Education and Training (SEPIE).

The seminar is organized through an informal cooperation forum of the Erasmus+ National Agencies in the Mediterranean and central countries. The participants coming from other National Agencies will receive financial support for travelling from their respective National Agencies and the expenses for accommodation and seminar costs will be covered by SEPIE (The Spanish National Agency).

Theme

This seminar will focus on the connection between VET schools and world of work institutions and their role in enhancing quality and quantity of work based learning.

Main objectives

-To promote VET projects

-To help potential applicants to find the adequate partners

-To disseminate the Erasmus + Programme

-To contribute to the improvement of the quality of the projects

The seminar will address both KA1 and KA2 type of projects.

Target group

Planned number of participants is 100 from different countries. The target group includes participants from VET schools (teachers, leaders and international officers) and world of work representatives, enterprises and other stakeholder groups.

Working Language

The working language of the contact seminar will be English.
