Did you know…? About the Cooperation Romania and the Netherlands: Development Partnerships and Contribution to Circular Agriculture
In September 2019, a delegation from the Dutch ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, Wageningen University, van Hall Larenstein, Nordwin College, Zone College and Terra visited the Indraga in Bucharest, Romania, to discuss the possibilities of cooperation on circular agriculture in agricultural education with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Gheorghe Lacatusu, Head of the Office for Agricultural High School Education, Vocational Training and Agri Consultancy, Mr. Mihaita Toader, Department for Sustainable Development.
A Romanian delegation visited the Dutch green education and their reaction was that cooperation between education, private sector and government for a better future of the Romanian green educational sector, their graduates and the private sector is important. “We have to be creative in Romania and change our educational methods. The Netherlands proofs it is possible”.
