The Kick-off meeting of ERASDG ERASMUS strategic partnership project was held from 25-29 January 2021 together with a wonderful and inspiring teacher training. Here is a summary from Sandra, one of the organisers, who put lots of time and energy to make it a real success!
“ERASDG project is a project about working on sustainable development goals with vocational students and companies in the region. It is about innovative ways of education and learning from each other. How to increase self-efficacy of students as a vocational teacher within the green sector? And with this background it is also about boundary crossing skills. How do students learn this, what do you have to do as a teacher to achieve this and how will the world become better with it?
A project hands on in 8 European countries. Because of corona and the problems we had to overcome, there were unexpected opportunities. The teacher training had to be online and therefore it was no problem if more teachers participated (instead of 16 we had 50).
We learned together how to make an online training worthwhile and create a connected feeling. Not as strong as a normal ‘life’ meeting, but it will do 🙂 !! ”
