On November 23, at Olustvere School of Service and Rural Economics (EE) held a traditional event for young people studying agriculture at the school. The even is called Farmers’ afternoon.
The Farmer’s afternoon started with a joint warm-up of the participants, after which students started with different but amusing tasks. Tasks were, for example, pulling a tractor with a rope, knowing the parts of a tractor, determining the weight of a bag full of grain, measuring given land, throwing a tire, rolling a hay roll on an obstacle course, etc. The day ended with a magnificent light show with fireworks.
