The 7th AgroChallenge, an agricultural competition, was held from September 19-22 in Särevere and Olustvere, Estonia. The event welcomed 18 four-member teams from 18 different European countries. During two-days competitions teams had to pass 18 different tasks. In total, approximately 150 people, including judges and the organizing team, were involved in the competition.
On the first day, the teams arrived, had dinner, and participated in the opening ceremony. Each team then introduced themselves, their school, and their country.
The second day featured the first nine competition tasks, which took place in Särevere. Afterward, the participants visited a museum in Kurgja and Mukri bog.
On the third day nine more tasks held in Olustvere. Along with the AgroChallenge, there were International Plowing Competitions, a Marmalade Competition, and a Local Food Fair. Thousands of spectators and supporters attended the events on this day. At the end of the day, the winners were announced. The Danish team placed third, the Luxembourg team took second place, and the German team won the 18-team AgroChallenge 2024 competition. A special award was also given to the Finnish team. The day concluded with a joint dinner and party at Olustvere manor.

The next AgroChallenge will take place from June 24-27, 2025, in Grolloo, the Netherlands. EUROPEA Estonia wishes Dutch colleagues the best of luck in organizing the upcoming competition.
