IES San Juan de Dios (Medina Sidonia, Cádiz) has launched an innovative educational project within its Higher Degree in Livestock Farming and Animal Health Assistance (GASA). The initiative aims to enhance practical learning by turning students into creators of educational digital content.
By recording real-world procedures — such as blood sampling in livestock and horse preparation and training — students not only master technical skills but also develop communication, digital, and teamwork abilities as they organize and explain each procedure.
The generated videos are compiled into an open website (Google Sites) that acts as a digital library for teachers and future students. Furthermore, the project highlights collaboration with local companies, strengthening the connection between vocational training and the professional sector.
