Tractor pulling is popular among many agricultural students in Denmark. Extreme machines and lots of smoke and noise. Every year a group of students at Bygholm Agricultural College organizes a tractor pulling competition – this year it took place on 2nd June. It takes weeks to prepare, but this is where the tractor-loving students really flourish. No effort is too great! Lots of learning is involved, building organizational skills. This year a new pulling arena had to be prepared – but the team really pulled off despite all challenges.
“I wish they put the same energy into their school days” said one teacher…. But everyone enjoyed the afternoon together. In the evening 375 students and staff joined for barbeque and celebrated a successful event.
