In January this year, 1st year students of the horticulture programme at Bulduri Technical School visited the company
“Caramel Workshop”, where they learnt how caramel candies are made from quince, sea buckthorn and blackcurrant juices and jelly candies from algae and various fruit juices.
We also learnt about the plants used to produce natural colours for the candy.
Of course, the most enjoyable part of the tour was the opportunity to try our hand at making our own sweets!
