Our Catering students once again showed their talent at the annual awards dinner of Grecas – Vagos, contributing to an event marked by professionalism, organization and attention to detail.
This participation was another opportunity to apply the learning in a real context, demonstrating dedication, team spirit and the quality of the training that is experienced daily at EPADRV. It is with great pride that we continue to collaborate with an association in the Municipality of Vagos, reinforcing the connection between the school and the community.
But learning doesn’t just happen at external events. Even with the Pedagogical Restaurant under construction — and with all the changes in space and logistics that this implied — the activity continues. And it continues with the same purpose: to be a real live class.
In the kitchen, TCP – Kitchen/Pastry Technician students take on the confection with rigor and creativity. In the room, the students of TRB – Restaurant/Bar Technician ensure the service with dedication and professionalism.
Between adaptations, new spaces and logistical challenges, what really matters remains: daily practice, real contact with the service and the learning that is born from doing.
At the same time, students continue to associate themselves with external services and events, honoring the initiatives in which they participate — and taking the school’s name with them.
Because at EPADRV the restaurant industry is how you learn
