Johannes is a student at Stend Upper Secondary School in Bergen, Norway. As a second-year Animal Health student, he is completing his internship at K9 Refugio de los Animales in Tenerife. He is working alongside colleagues who are passionate about animal welfare and dedicate all their time to giving abandoned animals a new chance – and maybe even a new family. He is learning how to handle dogs and cats that may be anxious or aggressive and to help rehabilitate animals with both physical and psychological injuries. On his days off, the beach in Los Cristianos is waiting! #Erasmuspluss offers so many opportunities.
