TEAM#UP is mainstreaming practical knowledge on ecological restoration for Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools and lifelong learners. The Digital Ecological Restoration Toolbox (DERTO) offers VET providers open-access, high-quality teaching materials to adapt and integrate into curricula. We hope to inspire VET providers to teach ecological restoration skills (at EQF 4&5) using their own modified versions of our resources.
Ecological restoration is a nature-based solution to many aspects of the biodiversity and climate crises. Training an emerging VET workforce in ecological restoration skills, particularly in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and landscape gardening are imperative to a just and significant green transition. This includes urban green space restoration, peatland restoration, and more!

Furthermore, we offer guidance on how engaged VET providers can establish European Digital Credentials with Ecological Restoration listed as an ESCO skill. See HERE
