The symposium on digitalization in agriculture recently took place in Hollabrunn. The event, which was co-organized by the Hollabrunn Agricultural College, focused on modern digital technologies for fertilization and plant protection.
Right from the start, there was great interest in the innovations in agricultural technology: around 150 participants attended the informative specialist presentations on optimizing fertilization and plant protection measures, the use of artificial intelligence in plant protection, and the practical use of application maps based on drone images.
Afterwards, participants were able to get an idea of innovative technologies in practical application at three field stations, for example, for site-specific fertilization and modern technology with camera and track control.
