Supporting schools in teaching sustainability

From November 7th – 9th Austrian’s biggest exposition for pedagogy took place in Vienna. It is the most important event for elementary, primary and secondary teachers to get newest information for their daily work in schools and kindergartens. It counts over 16.000 visitors every year.

The Federal Ministry of Sustainability and Tourism (BMNT) supports many educational projects in sustainability throughout the country. At the exposition, the Agrarian Schools and many other partners highlight project results and teaching materials for schools.

Together with a broad educational offer for every kind of teacher – e.g. at the University College for Agrarian and Environmental Pedagogy (HAUP) – the BMNT educational initiatives promote and support Austrian schools in teaching sustainability.
