Most of Yuverta’s international activities focus on Europe. In addition, two of Yuverta’s staff – Carlo Mutsers, teacher Greenport Production, and Cor Wijnands, trainer and consultant – are currently working in Benin, West Africa and in in Mozambique, East Africa.
Both projects take place in the framework of Nuffic’s Global Development OKP (Orange Knowledge Programme).
In these projects, the following topics will be addressed:
- Livestock farming
- Horticulture
- Pedagogy and didactics
- Teacher training
- Developing internships / practical work placements
- Gender balance
This way, Yuverta is contributing to the development of vocational education and training with partners in Africa.
